Summer Solstice Blend

This year's Summer Solstice evokes the flavors of the season by combining three selections from our single-origin menu Colombia La Lomita, Peru La Palestina, and Ethiopia METAD Chelbesa Washed. A selection from Hermel Lasso's La Lomita farm in the celebrated Colombian coffee region Buesaco anchors the blend. It is complemented by an uncommon variety from neighboring Peru known locally as Bourbon Marshell, grown at Finca La Palestina by the Alarcn Coronel family. It is rounded out by a perennial favorite of our coffee team Ethiopian heirloom varieties grown by smallholder farmers in Chelbesa and processed at the METAD mill in Gedeb.
